My engine misses or lacks power under load. What might cause this?
Your throttle control could be set too close to choke position and flooding the engine.
Spark plug? Maybe it needs cleaning or replacing.
Water in the fuel does not help the engine to run very good and robs it of power.
Improper carburetor adjustment.
Got enough oil in crankcase? Low oil level or dirty oil makes trouble.
A partiaily plugged air cleaner will restrict the air flow to the carburetor and reduce power. The engine breathes through the air cleaner.
