Briggs & Stratton Corporation Extends Parts Waranty

In October 2008, Briggs & Stratton Corporation extended the length of its replacement parts warranty. Previously, Briggs & Stratton aftermarket parts carried a ninety-day warranty. Effective October 1, 2008 all parts installed for residential use will carry a one-year warranty from the time of purchase for all Briggs & Stratton products. Brands covered under this warranty would include Briggs & Stratton®, Snapper®, Simplicity®, Massey Ferguson®, AGCO®, Murray® and Brute®.
