For more than 100 years, Briggs & Stratton's legacy of corporate social responsibility and community involvement is reflected in its longstanding commitment to environmental stewardship. As an organization, we believe in the power of self-reliance and the responsibility each one of us has to care for our planet.
To continue our legacy of social responsibility, Briggs & Stratton is once again at the forefront, asking dealers to participate in a new "Oil Recycling Solution" aimed at making it easy for customers to properly dispose of and recycle their used oil.
Briggs & Stratton introduced a new promotional opportunity to the outdoor power equipment industry at the 2009 GIE+EXPO in October. The oil-recycling promotion will help customers lessen their impact on the environment, while also helping Briggs & Stratton dealers to attract new customers. The promotional poster on the inside of this issue can be used for such promotion and marketing.
According to Mike Barnett, Service Marketing Manager at Briggs & Stratton, "Our goal is to make this promotion a win-win for the dealers, customers to take part in caring for our planet, while at the same time helping dealers to develop long-lasting relationships with new customers."
This promotion builds upon Briggs & Stratton's dedication to expanding its social responsibility and environmental achievements for years to come.
