Credit Card Processing - First Data Outage
August 29th, 2011:
We have been notified by our processing partner, First Data, that their system is currently experiencing technical issues due to damage from hurricane Irene. As a result, connectivity to their system has been lost. We are actively working with them to ensure the matter is resolved in a timely manner, but currently they have provided no timeframe for resolution. We will communicate with you as soon as the issue has been resolved.
We acknowledge and appreciate the severity of this matter and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
