All returns must be authorized by a Barrette's Small Engines Inc. - SmallEngines.ca representative before they can be returned.

To obtain authorization, please contact us, as "unauthorized" returns will be returned to sender at the sender's expense. Returns may be subject to 20% re-stocking charge. All engine/short block returns must be made within 10 days of the receipt of your initial order. All parts returns must be made within 30 days of the receipt of your initial order.

No returns without a Return Authorization Number. RA numbers must always be visible on the outside of the shipment. There are no returns on special order items, gaskets and all electrical parts. Shipping charges are never refundable.

Merchandise must be in new condition, in the original packaging. Engines must be in new condition, unused, unmounted, never filled with oil or fuel, with documentation intact.
